Producer/Artist Atalee Judy

Atalee Judy is a Chicago-based artist, choreographer, alternative model, and the producer of The Chicago MOTO for Breast Cancer Calendar. She is an athlete, an activist, and a FIGHTER against breast cancer.
She has lived in Chicago since 1991 and received her B.A. in Dance Performance/Choreography from Columbia College Chicago. Atalee was the founder of the ground breaking dance company Breakbone DanceCo/BONEdanse who created an innovative style of dance performed from 1997-2013. She folded the company while filming on the set for the feature film Divergent while training with Asylum Stunts Chicago. She has been riding scooters and dirt bikes since she was a teenager but only recently purchased her own motorcycle. She rides whenever she can and has plans for many road trips ahead.
In 2007, at the age of 38, Atalee had a brush with breast cancer that shook her life to the core. Through a routine mammogram, her doctor found 14 dense fibroid cysts that were biopsied and found precancerous. That day she decided to go through invasive surgery to have them removed. Atalee believes that the surgery saved her life. Now at age 45, cancer-free, she is a FIGHTER and wants to see its cure in her lifetime.
